Your role – you do with us: The classic tasks of a tax specialist are familiar to you. Accounting, tax returns, annual accounts are part of the craftsmanship – you are sure to do that. In the best case, you also have knowledge and joy in wage accounting.

What is decisive for us is something different:1. You bring structure in client processes You ensure that documents are processed digitally, completely and efficiently. Together with your clients, you opt for processes that save time and avoid errors. Two. You actively drive digitalization and automation You recognize recurring work steps, simplify processes and use our software to reduce routine work. 3. You are a reliable contact for our clients You communicate clearly, structured and solution-oriented – so that our doctors know where You stand at any time.

What you bring: You love to achieve goals that are prescribed to you. You are able to observe routines and take over our structure. You do not shy away from open communication both to the team and to your clients. You have a completed training to/from the tax specialist. You are a team player and you want to drive digitization and automation forward. You are already working with the common office applications and are open to the Simba and SBS software (Addison), as these are our most important tools.

What awaits you: Mobile work: After the trial period, you work if you want up to 2 days a week at home office. A strong team: You will get a clearly structured integration into your task by our team.
