Number: MER00047DI Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany is one of the most successful sales organisations in the automotive industry. Together with our car homes, we continuously develop processes, digital applications and working methods. In the team Methods, Processes, Systems & Transformation (MPS&T) we work at the interface between sales, retail, specialist areas and IT. Our goal is to successfully establish new processes and digital solutions in the car houses and to make daily work easier and more efficient for vendors. Communication, user feedback and the continuous development of our sales processes play an important role. During your internship you will get exciting insights into the transformation of Mercedes-Benz sales and actively work on projects that are used directly in our car homes. These challenges include: As a fully-fledged team member, you support our projects for the further development of sales processes and digital applications.

You participate in the creation of communication and training documents, newsletters, webcasts and guides for our retail organization.

You help to make new processes and applications understandable and make them usable for users in the car house.

You collect feedback from the retail, analyze feedback and help identify potential improvements.

You accompany workshops, exchange formats and testing of new applications and support them in preparation and preparation.

You will create presentations, evaluations and decision templates for different stakeholders.

You work closely with colleagues from sales, IT and other departments and get to know the cooperation in a diverse project environment.

Studies in economics, economic information, communication sciences, economic psychology or a comparable degree programme.
