Full-time Technical Service Housing Clerk (m/f/d)

Self-planning and monitoring of small and medium-sized renovation and maintenance measures. Ensuring operator obligations. Optimization and digitization of inventory documentation and core processes of technical building operation. Control and control of external contractors, including audit. Coordination of fault reports and commissioning of repairs. Support of the AL when taking over the building function.

Complete technical/trade training or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in technical expertise is advantageous. Good knowledge of the relevant regulations and documentation requirements in construction and procurement law. Good PC knowledge and experience with document management or with FM software.
