Collection, processing and coordination of orders including scheduling and monitoring Disposition of materials and parts taking into account delivery dates, availability and priorities Close coordination with internal departments (e.g. purchasing, production, sales) and with external partners and service providers Date tracking and proactive control for deviations Processing of changes to orders, including rebookings, cancellations and adjustments Examination and correction of missing parts and introduction of appropriate measures triggering of delivery calls and checking the corresponding retrieval confirmations Enquiry, commissioning and coordination of forwarding and coordination of transport dates Administrative processing of complaints in cooperation with the departments involved Installation and maintenance of master data in the ERP system Creation of long-term supplier declarations in cooperation with purchasing

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in disposition, logistics or order control First professional experience in a comparable position of advantage Structured, careful and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication skills and organizational talent Safe handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge desirable Loadability and flexibility even with changing requirements
