As a team leader Sponsoring & Event Marketing, you are responsible for coordinating the 360° activation of regional, national & international partnerships in the fields of sports, entertainment, culture and music. With your passion for innovative activation and communication measures, you contribute to the emotionalization and differentiation of the Lidl brand and to the enthusiasm of our target groups.

This means:

Creation of annual marketing and budget planning for the team Sponsoring and Event Marketing Coordination of target group-specific 360° activation of various partnerships and highlight events via classic and digital channels as well as on-side activations Leadership and further development of the team Sponsoring and Event Marketing and management of the network of agencies Cross-functional and medial synchronization of activation planning with various specialist and business areas Maintenance of relevant marketing KPIs, budget control and success measurement to activate the partnerships

Complete degree in marketing or sports management Long-standing, well-founded experience in the targeted and innovative activation of partnerships Impressed ability to set priorities and to control teams and interfaces in a dynamic environment High self-motivation, a result-oriented operation and strong communication and presentation skills ready for national and international missions (approximately 15 %) and an on-site presence
