Shop-side management of interesting, versatile construction projects (especially renovations, maintenance, maintenance store, large repairs) for all relevant cost groups Establishment and use of a regional supplier network to secure capacity while ensuring a competitive cost level Creation and evaluation of price levels and commercial evaluation of offers as well as preparation and documentation of tender and negotiation results Close coordination with technical disciplines and demand-bearing units in relation to regional construction projects Planning and implementation of tendering initiatives Implementation of negotiations, including pre- and post-processing in commercial terms accompanied by a technical part Development of entrepreneurs Processing of key figures and pricing information for the regional market Active participation in optimization options for process improvement and showing opportunities within and outside the purchase

You have completed technical training or university studies with commercial or technical orientation You have been able to gain several years of professional experience in purchasing and have a technical background and experience in purchasing for construction projects You bring their own initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a “Hands-on-Mentality” with You have sound knowledge of VOB/B and HOAI Very good MS Office knowledge (especially MS-Excel) and SAP ERP experience are advantageous
