Our client is a leading service provider in the field of electrical safety testing with over 20 years of experience. With a full-service approach – from testing electrical equipment and machines to thermographic analyses – the company supports customers from industry, facility management, healthcare and public administration.

As part of an age succession, we are looking for an Operations Manager (m/w/d) that takes over the operating control and leads the service teams used nationwide (65 employees). The company has a growth strategy and offers the opportunity to actively shape structures and leave its own handwriting.

As Operations Manager (m/w/d), you are the central interface between management, team leaders and service teams. You raise performance management to a new level, develop executives and ensure that processes and processes are optimally interlocked. Completed studies (BWL, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.) or comparable technical training with further education (e.g. Master/Technists) Multiannual leadership experience in the service environment, ideally in the direction of field service teams Safe handling of operational key figures, planning and controlling instruments Communication strength, enforcement capacity and structured functioning
