For our department of planning/construction distribution networks, we are looking for a project developer at the location Lüneburg, Salzwedel or Gardelegen. You are the support of the department management in the professional guidance of employees. You are the specialist contact person in the Planning/Construction Distribution Networks department on issues relating to distribution network-specific approval procedures. You are responsible for the approval procedure including the legal processing of applications and requirements. You are responsible for the assignment and control of external service providers for expert opinions and offices. You work in the search and professional development of external service providers. You are the specialist in the Planning/Construction Distribution Networks department on environmental and waste law issues, as part of distribution-network-specific approval procedures throughout the North region. You are responsible for the overarching coordination of municipalities, offices, authorities as well as property owners in conjunction with the project orders, negotiations and contact management with our customers. You develop waste management concepts and monitor their implementation. You control compliance with the waste laws and regulations at the construction site. You answer geo- and environmental issues within the framework of the projects. You contact the authorities in the context of disposal measures. As a waste coordinator, you accompany the implementation and construction coordination with internal and external service providers during demolition work. You take special tasks that can be defined in time with special responsibility in coordination with your leadership.

You have a degree in university studies (Bachelor or Master) with the field of environmental engineering or geo-engineering or civil engineering with the deepening of environmental technology. You can demonstrate professional experience in waste management and disposal management as well as the applicable legal bases (e.g. Waste Transfer Act, Circular Economics Act, Industrial Waste Ordinance, Federal Land Protection Act, ...) as well as licensing rights. You bring enthusiasm, motivation and passion for energy supply. You take the initiative and drive forward themes actively and targeted without losing sight of the essentials. Your strengths include a high level of enforcing, analytical thinking, self-employment, and team capacity. With a class B licence, you have a high readiness to travel within the Avacon network area. You have very good German skills (at least C1).
