Strategic and operational management of the entire HR sector Management, development and consulting of employees and executives Responsibility for recruiting, employer branding and talent management Control of personnel development, training and follow-up planning Design and implementation of change, cultural and organisational development measures Ensuring efficient HR processes and labour compliance Budget responsibility, HR controlling and reporting to management Responsibility for occupational safety, health management and external HR cooperation Active participation in strategic business development and international HR network

Successfully completed studies with focus on HR As an alternative, successfully completed commercial training with further training in the personnel sector, for example as a staff specialist or personnel consultant, supplemented by several years of professional experience and a well-founded specialisation in personal business topics At least 5-10 years of professional experience desirable Very good knowledge of German and English Funded knowledge in MS Office applications and payroll accounting software (ideally IGF/ Datev / SAP) Good intercultural understanding Good communication skills with high persuasion Reliable personality with pronounced organizational talent, high employer locality
