At Digital Platforms & Solutions, we are driving the digital transformation of the Vaillant Group by developing intelligent, secure and user-centric services that increase comfort, efficiency and sustainability. By building our digital solution platform, we create the basis for high-performance digital solutions for customers, craftsmen and partners, actively shape the future of heating and deliver real added value over the entire product life cycle. You develop scalable and wartable frontend and middleware architectures that meet our business requirements while ensuring high performance, security and scalability You work closely with Product Owners, UX designers and Full-Stack Engineers to create seamless digital solutions that raise user experience to a new level You take over the technical guidance and mentoring of full-stack development teams and promote a culture with high standards, ownership and continuous learning Together with your architect colleagues, you will continuously establish and improve cross-border standards and drive our multi-layered, dome-driven target architecture forward By following new technologies and industry trends, you recommend tools and practices that strengthen innovation and sustainability You create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns and implementation guidelines, to support knowledge sharing across teams

Qualification: You have a degree in computer science or a comparable degree programme Experience: You have proven experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect and have a profound understanding of basic software architecture principles Know-how: You have expertise in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, as well as in DevOps practices and event-driven architectures that enable robust and scalable digital solutions. You work with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular or Vue.js and possess backend know-how in Java or comparable languages Nice to have: Experience with design thinking or agile methods as well as a strong understanding of security best practices Personality: You are a communicative and cooperative team player (m/w/d), which is important for mentoring, who meets challenges with enthusiasm and moves effortlessly in diverse, interdisciplinary teams Language skills: You speak fluent English and German
