Control and implementation of complex real estate projects in the healthcare sector according to the AHO performance Technical management of project/subproject teams of various major projects Consulting and development of concepts and solutions for project realization Operational project and quality responsibility Leadership of the project/subproject team consisting of planners and contractors

Successfully completed studies of engineering (fields of civil engineering, architecture or similar) Mind. 3 years of professional experience (e.g. as an engineerin, economic engineerin, architectin, project engineerin or utility engineer*in) preferably in project management and control like healthcare / hospital construction Very good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project) Safe in handling building law, HOAI and AHO Embossed analytical and strategic thinking as well as communication strength and team spirit, resilience and flexibility as well as enforcement
