Key tasks: Use in the corporate customer center: During the program you learn the basics of the corporate customer business, including the care of commercial customers and the identification of their needs. Hospitations in specialized departments: deepening your expertise through Hospitations with specialists and in various relevant departments such as the Heilberufe-Center Böblingen (HBC) to develop a holistic understanding of corporate financing and to gain specific industry knowledge. Adviser Service: independent processing of service enquiries, with the aim of clarifying customer enquiries in an eventual and personal manner. Collecting credit experiences: Takeover of first credit decisions in the team BSC consultant and application of theoretical knowledge in practice. Processing steps in the market order Credit (MFK): You are deeply immersed in the economic analysis of our company customers and accompany the implementation of their credit requests. You will get to know the functioning of the market succession credit – from risk- and chance-oriented credit testing to compliance with regulatory requirements. So you develop a thorough understanding of the requirements for responsible lending and get valuable insights into industry-specific features. Own takeover of consultant tasks: responsibility for the independent implementation of consultant tasks and the meeting of informed decisions in customer contact. Requirements: Complete studies in finance, business, business management or a related area. Sensitivity for customer needs and market trends to develop customized solutions. Authenticity and sovereignty in the customer dialogue as well as a pronounced final orientation to successfully advise and win customers. Product knowledge in the financing business to ensure sound advice and decision-making competence.
