Project Manager Development (m/f/d)

Project Responsibility & Control You take over the holistic project management of development projects for our construction machines – from the concept phase to the standard maturity You plan and coordinate dates, costs and quality across all phases of the project You ensure consistent application and compliance with our product development process Interface and team work You conduct interdisciplinary project teams professionally and coordinate the cooperation of all necessary areas at the site You ensure transparent project status, clear decision-making bases and structured information flow You moderate project and decision-making bodies and consistently drive open points Methodology & project standards You address classic, agile or hybrid project management methods targeted You identify optimization potentials in the project sequence and actively contribute to the further development of project standards and methods You prepare decisions based on objective figures, data and facts, taking into account – if appropriate – scenario simulations and variant comparisons Technical development & industrialization You have a sound technical understanding and act as a competent Sparring partner for development You control prototype, validation and testing phases and ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements You accompany production processes and industrialization phases You take into account aspects such as product platforms, modularization and complexity management in project planning

Qualification & Experience Complete degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in project management of technical development projects, ideally in machine or construction machinery environment Methods & Tools Knowledge of project management methods (e.g. Stage-Gate, PMI, agile or hybrid approaches) Safe handling of MS Office as well as project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SAP) Personal competencies Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed communication and moderation capability High technical understanding coupled with economic thinking Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
