As a commercial team leader (w/m/d), you are looking for smooth operations in the daily business. For this we need your deeds and skills in dealing with goods and figures.

As a commercial team management, you always have the daily business including the key figures and productivity in mind and support your team in the relevant processes.

To do this, you are always the first contact person for your employees as well as for your department management and colleagues from the administrative area

In addition, you are responsible for managing the employees within your team.

Furthermore, you are in close contact with the customer and exchange in daily appointments.

Last but not least, you will take care of the acceptance and processing of damages as well as complaints and at any time take care of dangerous goods/safety regulations.

Ideally, you have already been able to gain some years of professional experience in hazardous materials as well as in warehouse logistics and are familiar with warehouse management programs.

First experiences in the leadership of a team are also desirable.

You are versed in dealing with the PC and the common office programs, such as Microsoft.

In addition, you are reliable, communication-strong, resilient, and you are characterized by your self-sure and friendly appearance.
