Continuous monitoring of order processing with the aim of detecting and proactively remedying supply bottlenecks or disturbances at an early stage. Close cooperation and coordination with the production, production planning and warehouse departments to ensure optimal material flow. Maintenance and feedback of order and movement data in the relevant ERP systems to ensure complete documentation and traceability. Active participation in the optimization of logistical processes and material flow concepts using lean and just-in-time principles. Objective: Ensuring a stable, efficient and timely flow of material while minimizing stocks and maximising the supply security for production.

completed training in the field of logistics, industry or forwarding (e.g. merchant for forwarding and logistics services, industrial merchant) or a comparable qualification; as an alternative to a further education as a master/technician* or a study with a focus on logistics/production. Professional experience in production logistics, disposition or order control, ideally in the Just-in-Time environment. Funded knowledge in controlling material flows as well as in handling IT systems. Embossed understanding of production processes and their dependencies in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Lean methods, Kanban or other pull systems is advantageous.
