For our Department of Handling Technology/Measuring Technology/Data Technology, we are looking for a

You develop and implement innovative process and automation technologies for our production processes. You design, program and optimize automation solutions as well as special machines using modern control and visualization systems. You plan and run technical projects, including budget monitoring, coordination of suppliers and control of external service providers. You accompany the commissioning of new plants, assess their performance and ensure a smooth production start. You analyse technical and occupational safety risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. You drive forward the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and develop sustainable solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs together with the specialist areas. You train employees in dealing with new technologies and take over the professional leadership of project and expert teams.

You have a successfully completed study of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of expertise. You bring many years of professional experience in the field of automation, manufacturing or plant engineering. You have a well-founded knowledge of the creation of electrical circuit diagrams, ideally with EPLAN. You have profound knowledge of PLC programming and visualization, ideally with Siemens Step7 and WinCC. You have experience in implementing and commissioning complex automation and investment projects. You have a good understanding of production processes, drive technology, machine and plant safety as well as digital interfaces, such as MES systems. You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner of operation. You convince with pronounced communication and team skills as well as a safe occurrence towards internal and external contacts.
