Media Designer (m/f/d)

In this position, you act as an internal service and interface for all graphic and video related (Brand Awareness) requirements within the organization. Your main tasks include:

Graphics & Design Design of print and digital media (flyers, brochures, advertisements, social media elements, presentations) Implementation of requests from various organizational units (including marketing, fundraising, events, trade fairs) Ensuring and further developing corporate design in all media Image editing, retouching and creation of uniform layouts Video Production & Processing Creation, editing and processing of video formats for Paid Social Media, Youtube and our website Production of short videos, information clips and event-related video formats Subtitles, easy animations and integration of motion design elements Service station Close coordination with the marketing team and relevant specialist departments Consumption, prioritization and timely implementation of design requests Consulting internal teams on visual concepts, CD-compliant applications and layout options Care and organisation of image materials, templates and media databases

Complete training or study in the field of graphic design, media design, communication design or a comparable qualification Safe handling of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva; Experience in video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects) High reliability, structured operation and ability to deliver precise results even under time requirements Creative and simultaneously solution-oriented thinking High care in the creation of the data up to the clean drawing Representative service orientation and joy in cooperation with internal contractors Sensitive handling of image and video material from the animal protection area as well as identification with our objectives Required additional qualifications Professional experience in a marketing service unit or agency Embossed knowledge in digital communication formats and print products Knowledge of Animation/Motion Graphics Experience in the non-profit sector or in dealing with socially relevant topics
