You take on the disciplinary and professional responsibility for a diverse range of tasks and ensure smooth and efficient handling of all processes: Discipline leadership and further development of the Order Management Service team Organisation and optimization of workflows for spare parts provision and customer service in the DACH region settlement of offers, orders, repairs and customs-related processes Management of replacement equipment and control of return shipments and repairs by the manufacturer Planning of equipment delivery and execution of inventory Creation of analyses, statistics and reports to support departmental objectives Contact function for international customers and distributors including the necessary professional communication Cooperation in projects of the higher-level customer care department and cross-disciplinary cooperation with your areas of purchasing, technical service, manufacturing and order management Sales

Completed commercial training or studies, ideally focusing on foreign trade and/or logistics Multiannual experience in customs processes and procedures Knowledge of foreign trade law Experience with goods management systems, ideally SAP Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing combined with service-oriented communication skills and working methods Joy in guiding an interdisciplinary team in an interface-intensive environment combined with a strong focus on solutions
