You lead the field of expertise and work with their 7 employees for the largest office of the Landeshauptstadt Kiel on pioneering topics of personnel management, extraction and development in the educational fields of work. You guide the management of day care and the inclusion services in the childcare facilities and develop innovative solutions for your subject area.
