As

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

you are part of the board and directly assigned to the department management. They support, in particular, the CEO through content-conceptual elaborations and in all tasks relating to governance, efficient body management and mandate activities. With your solution orientation, you contribute significantly to the growth strategy of BBBank.

Comprehensive preparation and follow-up of meetings of the Supervisory Board, Executive Board and other bodies Identification of solutions for business, supervisory or legal problems and preparation of analyses, decision-making templates, argumentation aids and presentations Support for stakeholder communication Support of Change Management Processes Cooperation in diverse and varied projects – strategic and operational Advice and support of the departments in the department of the CEO (Fokus Markt / Sales / Strategy)

Successfully completed university studies, ideally in the field of economics, or comparable training (e.g. banker / banker) First professional experience, ideally in a consultancy (e.g. as a consultant (m/w/d), project coordinator (m/w/d), associate (m/w/d) or comparable) Solution-oriented operation and high service orientation Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong organizational skills resilience, flexibility, commitment, self-initiative and independent working
