Leading a property management team (m/f/d)

Technical, organizational and personnel management of an object management team (OMT) in the regional department MDFM 2 (ELM Klassik) Personnel management and control of personnel use within the OMT Ensuring compliance with statutory, collective and administrative regulations, including ensuring the employee's compliance with the terms and conditions of employment Implementation of annual discussions/ performance assessment of OMT staff Task coordination, technical guidance and support for OMT employees Defining work objectives and results expected by employees Optimization of workflows for efficient tasks with high user satisfaction Conducting highly complex, sensitive and significant negotiations with contractual partners (w/m/d) and other third parties Responsibility for occupational safety and safety for the entire OMT Implementation of corporate objectives and targets Operational control of the OMT, including planning and control of the construction processes Acquisition of complex and particularly high-quality tasks in the uniform property management of the Federal Government Budget Responsibility and Distribution as well as Control of Budget Exploitation in OMT Take responsibility for economic planning and medium-term financial planning in the OMT and for inventory Representation of regional department management

Qualification: Completed academic degree (uni‐diplom/master) of the disciplines Economics, Business Administration, Facility Management or comparable qualification in the aforementioned disciplines Competences: Representative expertise and several years of current experience in the field of property management Representative business and property knowledge Ability to contribute the responsibility for managing and consulting all stakeholders to achieve the objectives Current knowledge and experience in occupational and health protection in the craft sector (e.g. for masters or craftsmen) Very good user knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) and when using the Internet Other: driving licence class B and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently readiness to frequent, possibly multi-day, service trips and to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory readiness to verify safety pursuant to Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) Embossed planning and organizational capacity, capacity for economic thinking and action Ability to work quickly into changing tasks High self-initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Embossed communication capability Customer- / Address-oriented behavior, pronounced negotiation skills High social competence, capacity for team-oriented action and conflict resolution, critique Secure judgment combined with the ability to make difficult decisions and take responsibility Good Personnel Management willingness and ability to maintain and maintain potential of staff to develop and implement the objectives of the Federal Equality Act
