Junior Revenue Operations Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: 76275 Ettlingen bei Karlsruhe

We are looking for a dedicated employee (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) for our Business Operations department, which as a reliable partner with hands-on mentality supports our team and supports them as best possible. In full or part-time (24 hours).

You’re puggling and managing our customer relationship management system and making sure our tools and systems interact seamlessly. You support our team in planning and monitoring sales targets. You will set up analyses and reports in which our contracts play an important role in promoting our sales development. At the same time, you monitor the most important KPIs to measure the success of our sales, marketing and customer-success initiatives. You play a key role in process optimization by harmonizing processes, identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions and using tools for automation of recurring tasks. You promote cooperation between our teams through holistic process thinking and departmental communication.

You have a completed commercial training as an industrial or wholesale and retail trader or have a comparable qualification. You look back on first professional experience in the areas described. You are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already worked with CRM systems and/or ERP systems, as well as first experience in contract management and controlling. Interest in and knowledge of IT products are desirable. Team skills and joy in working with different departments are yours. You also work independently and structured to achieve the best possible results. You bring analytical skills, communication strength, a certain degree of organizational skills and fun in shaping. You also have very good communication skills in English.
