You are responsible for, securing and expanding the company's customer base in the regional market, taking into account earnings and risk factors, by using the product range in the active and passive business, as well as in the brokerage and service business You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the department and understand how to motivate and develop employees You are responsible for managing the department by implementing the general market objectives You analyze and implement complex corporate financing and real estate projects in cooperation with the specialist departments You maintain contacts with all the institutions, multipliers and other consultants of large commercial customers important for the target group and observe current developments in the regional market

Funded bank or business training (ideally university, FH or comparable academies) Successful leadership and acquisition activity in the described segment of medium-sized customers Comprehensive knowledge of the product range in the corporate customer business, including cross-selling approaches Entrepreneurship and thinking with a view to costs, yield and risk, combined with strong customer and sales orientation Analytical, communicative and conceptual strengths for identifying suitable investment strategies or risk structures Social competence to build and maintain networks Convincing and winning personality, suitable for our medium-sized customers
