You want to: In your role as ''Tax Manager Group Tax (m/w/d)', you take over the tax advice of the Group companies in the field of international tax law, billing prices, country-by-country reporting and the minimum tax (Pillar 2).

You are internal consultants of the Group companies for individual requests and projects in the international context and, in the course of audits, take over the preparation of opinions and opinions and answering requests.

In addition, you will support our external consultants in the preparation of tax returns and tax balances, auditing of tax rulings and monitoring of redress procedures.

With your input, you work with balance sheet issues in the tax and trade balance and are Sparring Partners for Accounting.

The calculation of current taxes in the financial statements process as well as the creation of guidelines and work instructions as well as the implementation of internal training are also in your hands.

Furthermore, you monitor and analyze the legal situation and the implementation of new tax requirements, e.g. annual tax laws, BMF writing, BFH law, OECD initiatives etc.

You are also significantly involved in building the “Control Department of the Future” by introducing new processes and IT tools.

The update, monitoring and improvement of the Tax Compliance Management System complements your varied tasks.

We wish: A completed legal or economic higher education programme focusing on taxes or comparable qualifications

Ideally, a passed tax consultancy exam or relevant professional experience in a tax consultancy company or an industrial or service company in the area of taxes

A high communication capability, a safe handling of numbers and a structured and independent working method

A strong team idea in the development of end-to-end solutions that goes far beyond the tax department

A great interest in Tax Technology, modern IT tools and current developments in Tax Tech

Very good knowledge in handling standard tools such as MS Office, but also in the application of special software such as “Tax Compliance and Reporting” by Lucanet or KNIME

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
