Internal Sales Employee (f/m/d)

To strengthen the sales team of our renowned customer, an established company based in the Wiedemar region, we are looking for you as a dedicated sales service employee (w/m/d).

Here you will find a responsible position at the interface between customer, key account management and production, in which you contribute significantly to the smooth running of the entire sales process. Support and participation in the creation of offers and complex calculations. Processing and tracking of offer requests. Creation and tracking of order requirements. Examination and documentation of orders in internal systems (ERP). Communication with internal and external interfaces (interface management). Ensuring various administrative internal service tasks. Key Account Management support in key customer relationships.

Your convincing profile Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification ideally in automotive/vehicle construction. Relevant professional experience in the sales service preferably in the group environment. Very good user knowledge in MS-Office. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP). Requirements Self-employed, structured and targeted working methods. High self-initiative and responsibility. Embossed communication strength. Strong team capacity.
