Examination, seizure and optimization of CRS (computer reservation systems for travel services) - bookability of existing and new data systems Analysis, surveying and further development of existing booking processes and data links from user perspective Support of the agency service in case of requests for CRS functions and correction of bookings in case of complaints by travel agencies Evaluation and data collection on travel agency requests, booking breaks and technical errors in the CRS Participation in the technical preparation and processing of the travel agency final accounting Close cooperation with internal interfaces using TOMA and other CRS relevant data formats
