Your tasks: Relationship Building & Customer Care: You connect long-term business relationships with existing and potential customers in your sales area Market development: You implement sales targets independently and develop new strategies for market development Contract negotiations: You conduct negotiations and ensure optimal pricing that convinces customers Market analysis: You identify market trends, analyze competition and develop proactive action recommendations

What we expect: Professional experience in safety technology is a must Passion to the distribution of technical products in need of explanation Completed training in commercial or technical fields Technical affinity and enthusiasm for technical products Regional readiness to travel Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High level of self-motivation, result orientation, good self- and time management and pronounced communication strength Very good negotiation skills as well as high success and target orientation Very good MS Office knowledge You live our values: honesty, attention and helpfulness
