Training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)

As a specialist in system integration, you are always in the middle of technical innovations. Because the IT industry is constantly moving forward! Whether it's about the introduction of AI solutions, the construction of a modern spanning system or the equipment of meeting rooms with the latest technology – you'll get all these things and can also help with the implementation. You will also be asked when digitizing the energy networks. Whether network control technology, digital network stations or the intelligent counter, IT is involved everywhere. This gives you the opportunity to get to know large server rooms, network control systems and the applications in the network in practice. You will also be actively involved in practice during your training. You help our colleagues in administration, service and network to do their job smoothly. So you are not only technicians:in, but also often “Helfer:in in need” for our employees. When it comes to the exams, you don't have to worry. We'll prepare you for your graduation. It is important to us that you go well equipped and without fear for examination and we can then look forward to a successful training together. And you're not alone with all this! Every year, further new apprentices start with us and together you go through the training.

Your training in accordance with the collective agreement is 1.386€ in the first year, 1.486€ in the second year and 1.587€ in the third year. After the takeover, you will find an entry fee of 3,872€ and bonuses and a 13th grade. You have 30 vacation days. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are given to you as free days if You fall to a working day. After successful training, you have very good opportunities to be taken over for at least 1 year. You expect individual training for professional and personal development such as Learning, driving safety training, office training, etc. Whether on the way to work or leisure – we will grant you the German ticket with 50€. In your free time, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports activities in your area at discounted conditions. Azubi events like the Azubi glasses and the annual Azubi Christmas celebration await you. You're azubis among you. We trust you.
