Senior Controller for B2B Sales in Bochum (m/f/d)

Analyses & Reporting: You are responsible for the continuous analysis and reporting of our new business area “People living”. You model complex data autonomously and develop innovative reports in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Dynamics SAP Analytics Cloud. Management advice: With concise analyses, you advise our decision-makers:inside, share your sound opinion on business development and take appropriate measures to control them together with the team. Company management: You always keep in mind the development of the relevant KPIs as well as the commercial aspects of our customer relationships and contracts and explain deviations from existing business plans. Responsible financial planning: You are responsible for the creation and development of budgets, forecasts and business cases of our business field (including based on SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud). KPI Management & Performance Analysis: Using dashboards and results reports, you analyze the operating and financial performance, evaluate the results and develop efficient control measures. Ad hoc analyses & project work: Your varied task will be complemented by the creation of ad hoc analyses and close cooperation with internal interfaces within the Group.

Qualification: You have a completed degree (e.g. BWL,) or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring multi-year business experience, ideally in controlling Business Confession: A strong understanding of service business models as well as economic, targeted thinking distinguish you. IT-Skills: You have very good knowledge in dealing with MS-Office (especially Excel), Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems, ideally you bring knowledge to SAP (e.g. SAC). Analytics: You have strong analytical skills and control modern analysis tools securely. Personality: You convince by a self-confidence, assertiveness and a high implementation orientation.
