You help adult people with disabilities with personal, domestic and life-structural tasks in everyday life. You align your accompaniment with the personal needs, strengths and goals of the individual. You plan and design leisure activities and enable encounters and social participation. You help residents to make their own decisions and make their lives self-determined. You provide security and orientation through reliable relationships and suitable everyday structures. You document development processes and design the pedagogical work together in the team. You work in changing shift services and take services according to the schedule.

You have a completed training as a curative caregiver, educator or elderly caregiver (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification. Are you cross-releasers (w/m/d) and bring experience in the care, care or support of people with support needs? We are also looking forward to your application.
