As an employee (m/w/d) in the field of material planning and service parts, you are responsible for monitoring and coordination of scheduled delivery across all internal interfaces - project planning, purchasing, warehouse, shipping and sales logistics. You make sure that our Service Part orders are handled efficiently and on time.

You are responsible for monitoring and coordinating delivery dates across all relevant interfaces - you ensure that all departments work together optimally and that our service parts arrive at the customer on time The development and coordination of delivery dates for incoming service-part orders in close cooperation with project planning, purchasing, warehouse, shipping and sales logistics is also in your area of responsibility You are responsible for maintaining and updating production-relevant master data and work plans Planning, prioritization and control of service-part production according to order intake and forecasts as well as the independent creation and management of production orders are part of your new area of responsibility You support the definition, installation and introduction of new service parts in cooperation with project planning, purchasing and technical coordination You are also responsible for the independent procurement of service parts and their packaging

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Additional technical training helps you quickly find your new area of work You have relevant experience in material planning and disposition Secure handling of goods management systems, ideally SAP will draw you You are happy to work together in the team and have the strength of enforcement and communication in German and English Cost awareness and a structured, self-organized and independent way of working complete your profile
