You advise and advise executives and employees competently and trustfully in all personal and labour law issues Own responsibility You accompany all personnel measures from entry to changes in employment relationship to exit When creating work contracts, contract changes, testimonials and other personal documents, you will ensure a legal and careful processing You support executives in implementing labour law and collective agreements, in particular in connection with the TV‐L Together with the relevant departments and the employee representation, you shape constructive and trusting cooperation The further development and optimization of our HR processes and human resources instruments are actively driving

You have a completed degree with a focus on personnel, labour law or business management, or a comparable commercial qualification with personal economic training At least five years of relevant professional experience in human resources enable you to safely and solution-oriented handling of diverse HR topics Finding knowledge of individual and collective labour law, as well as a good understanding of personal relationships Ideally, you have practical knowledge in TV‐L's collective law and can safely apply contractual provisions Your work is characterised by self-responsibility, care, discretion and a high quality awareness With your communication strength, consulting skills and a binding way, you convince employees and executives alike
