For use in an established customer company in the Steinfurt area, we are looking for a production employee machine operation (m/w/d).

You expect long-term use in a structured production plant. After careful work, you work independently on modern production facilities and are an important part of a team.

Your tasks

• You serve and monitor modern production machines throughout the entire manufacturing process.
• You supply the equipment with material and ensure a smooth production process.
• You control the machine running and recognize deviations early.
• You perform vision and quality control according to predefined standards.
• You report faults or material deviations and assist in quick troubleshooting.
• You keep your workplace clean and work at any time according to the applicable safety and quality requirements.

How to Work You work in the Konti Layer System:

• 2 days of early shift
• 2 days late shift
• 2 days night shift
• 4 days free

That's what you bring

• Ideally a completed technical or commercial vocational training, for example as a machine and plant manager (m/w/d), mechanic (m/w/d) or in a comparable profession.
• Alternatively, you bring several years of experience in production or machine operation.
• Good knowledge of German so that you can safely understand and implement work instructions and safety requirements.
• Class B licence to reliably reach the place of use.
• Ready to work in the Konti layer system.
