Technical Operations Manager for Handcrafted Production & Manufacturing (m/w/d)

For the location in the Cologne area with around 25 employees, we are currently looking for an operating manager (m/w/d) with relevant experience. We are aimed at leaders who know the challenges of developing a handcrafted small series production for modern and productive production.

In your role as a technical manager (m/w/d), you drive the continuous improvement of processes and structures proactively. With your operational know-how, you identify optimization potentials along the entire value chain and consistently implement them - always with the aim of increasing efficiency, productivity and output measurably.
