For our famila warehouse in Timmendorfer Strand we are looking for a warehouse manager (m/w/d)

A focus of your activity lies in the leadership and motivation of your team and their further development You control and monitor the economic indicators (income, sales, warehouse turnover) and create annual planning and plan cost accounting The responsibility of compliance with all legal regulations (e.g. HACCP, price award etc.) is in your hands You increase the profitability of goods through their own targeted measures in coordination with the management and carry out regular market and competition monitoring You are responsible for advertising, product presentation and award You are the contact person (m/w/d) for local authorities/agents, press, schools etc.

You have completed a commercial training (possibly a subject-related training – e.g. as a trade specialist - or a corresponding study) You have several years of experience in large-scale retailing (especially food retailing) You have relevant experience in the field of employee management and trusted cooperation with the works council You have very good industry and competitive knowledge You are communicative, independent, contact-friendly, customer-oriented, flexible and resilient
