Council national and international companies of the Hannover Re group on bank supervision, capital market and financing matters Accompanying Insurance-Linked Securities and Insurance Capital Management transactions from structuring to implementation to completion Develop legal and practical solutions for innovative capital market and financing projects together with internal and external stakeholders Forms, audits and contracts, transaction documentation and regulatory documents in the national and international environment Assisted management, management and departments of sound, legal and substantive decisions on strategic capital market and financing activities

Successfully completed studies of law, economic law or comparable legal qualifications with an average degree or examina Multiannual relevant professional experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Counsel, Corporate Counsel, Corporate Counsel:in, Business Counsellor:in, Legal Counsel:in (Syndikusrechts-anwält:in) in a financial undertaking or in an economic law firm Knowledge of banking, capital market or financing law (including supervisory references), company law of the KG and GmbH, as well as interest in complex financing structures, capital market transactions and regulatory issues A reliable knowledge of German and English as well as a good sense of cooperation in an international environment, ideally acquired through international study, work or experience abroad A strong understanding of economic relations, a secure judgment and the ability to develop sustainable solutions through authentic and trusted cooperation You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
