In the team you are actively involved in the versatile projects for large and medium-sized players. Your focus: Participation in the structuring, carrying out and legal examination of M&A transactions (share and asset deal), in particular by working on legal due diligence checks Support in consulting and implementing financing structures for different business models Working with the legal support of national and international companies when entering the German market Support in developing entrepreneurial concepts and developing tailor-made solutions for clients
