You are a team of up to 20 machine operators and are involved in their development You plan the presence of your team on your own and allow for smooth production You see potential for improvement in your responsibilities and implement optimisations in your own right You motivate your team to constantly improve You support your team in problem situations and focus on the essential causes You document your achievements and develop measures to achieve and improve

You are a charismatic leader (m/w/d) and have experience in managing and developing employees You are creative and shape the workplace of tomorrow You try to get the best out of you and your team You are aware of your role as a model at any time You see problems as a challenge and bring the right tools to the solution Safety at work is your first priority You have a high level of performance and motivate your team to top performance You are a coordination and communication talent We expect that: A completed three-year vocational training of the metal and multiannual experience in metal processing and/or machining Shiftwork is not an obstacle to you A safe handling of the MS Office package is desired
