Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Each motorway kilometre has to be funded, planned and purchased at the desk, as well as supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. Advice and support of executives and teams in organisational development and change processes (Change Management) Presentation of workshops and events Planning, implementation and evaluation of organisational changes Implementation of business process management

successfully completed academic studies (Uni-Dipl./Master) in personnel and organization or comparable discipline multiannual professional experience in a company's staff or organizational area an authority systemic training (organization consulting, coaching, mediation) Knowledge in consulting and monitoring organisational development processes and change projects Knowledge of organization management German language skills in word and writing That would be desirable: Experiences with the SAP modules OM, PA and PY pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking capacity as well as high problem-solving competence and creativity Experience in project work Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Embossed social and communicative competence Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement High resilience, determination and readiness
