You process support enquiries and technical problems around our VoIP call manager You configure the VoIP phone system, CallFlows and AI connections You analyze and troubleshooting in VoIP setups, network components and hardware (e.g. IP phones, routers, switches) You contribute to the further development of our support processes and technical standards You advise technical internal colleagues, e.g. from sales or project implementation

You have completed your studies in (economic) informatics or completed training as a specialist:in for system integration, IT system businessman/wife, or a comparable qualification You have at least 3 years of experience in 2nd level support, ideally in telecommunications – cross-comers: in other areas of IT are welcome You have very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and strong analytical skills, customer orientation and problem-solving competence You have basic knowledge of network technologies, such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, ideally with CCNA certification You have first experience with VoIP (e.g. SIP, RTP) and tools like Wireshark You are a:e team player:in with technical curiosity and sense of responsibility
