Production Employee (m/w/d)

• Monitoring of production facilities and ensuring a smooth process - control of the drying and burning processes in ceramic or clay pots - checking the manufactured flower pots for faults, cracks or other defects - ensuring compliance with quality standards - reworking of products (e.g. grinding, polishing or painting)

• basic knowledge of production - craftsmanship and care - physically resilient and team-capable - first experience in the warehouse or production of advantage - willingness to work in the 2-shift system
