You offer children, young people and young adults a safe home with your educational work Individual and group activities as well as excursions are planned, organized and carried out by you When planning assistance, you will work closely with the staff of the youth offices and other persons involved in the development process. You conduct knowledge talks and actively participate in the recording process

You have a completed pedagogical training (Studium Social Work/Social Education) and at best a well-founded experience in work with burdened children Knowledge of trauma pedagogy and systemic work are beneficial You enjoy continuing and continuing training and are open to Supervision On teamwork and a good working environment you value and actively shape both
