Proposal Manager (m/f/d)

Creation of offers for system solutions of low to high complexity, based on customer requirements and requirements Head of an interdisciplinary supply team (sales, commercial and technical experts) throughout the entire supply process Responsibility for all internal and external approval procedures Ensuring the quality, cost-effectiveness of the key figures and compliance with the timetable for the entire offer Acquisition and presentation of risks in close coordination with the project manager (m/w/d) and the technical project management Care of contact with the worldwide sales network and close cooperation with various TKMS departments Participation in the continuous optimization of the supply process

Successfully completed technical or economic studies with solid commercial basic knowledge in contracting Multiannual experience in sales and/or project management, proven customer orientation Analytical way of thinking, initiative and willingness to take responsibility as well as promote issues International orientation and experience in creating export offers Very good knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs Very good English knowledge of word and writing; additional language skills are advantageous Embossed communicative skills that complete the profile
