We want to support our employees in a targeted manner in learning and improving the German language - practical, everyday oriented and suitable for the professional context. We are looking for a dedicated language trainer (m/w/d) with a weekly use of approx. 10 hours, the pleasure of communicating German knowledge and strengthening people linguistically. The activity is particularly well suited for students (e.g. teacher, linguistics, pedagogy) who want to gain practical teaching experience.

Conducting German lessons for employees in individual and group settings - from beginners to advanced level. mediation of relevant language skills for everyday professional life (e.g. communication in customer contact, discussions in the team, written correspondence). Creation, adaptation and further development of teaching materials to match the language level and working environment. Planning, preparation and documentation of the teaching units. Support in building and developing our internal German funding programme.

Experience as a language trainer, tutor, teacher or lecturer, lecturer in the field of German as a foreign language - or you are studying (e.g. teacher, linguistics, pedagogy) and want to gain practical experience. Joy to accompany learners with different language levels. Educational skills and an appreciation of people of different cultural backgrounds. Ability to convey content in a comprehensible, motivating and structured manner. Self-employed, reliable and well-organized working methods. Ideally experience with digital learning platforms or presentation tools.
