Telephone and written communication with our B2B customers, lawyers and enforcement bodies Self-processing of overdue receivables to our B2B customers Self-responsible clarification of the causes of payment residues, development of timely and risk-appropriate solutions to meet the requirements Self-initiation of judicial dunning and enforcement measures, processing of insolvency cases Close cooperation with, among others, the credit risk management, sales and operations departments in implementing the recovery strategy and the rehabilitation programmes Responsible for monitoring titulated receivables and portfolio monitoring (priorisation of calls, management information on relevant developments and ensuring productivity according to the objectives) Close coordination with business and sales managers within PEAC to solve business problems related to debt collection issues and to minimise losses

(m/w/d) or commercial vocational training, ideally in banking or legal matters Practical professional experience in the areas of receivable management or in the dunning and enforcement proceedings joy in dealing with customers, pronounced service and customer orientation, safe occurrence Interest in process improvements, including the ability to use instruments and methods for process improvement to advance receivable management Impressed communicative competence and the ability to cooperate with different levels of staff within the organisation, skills of negotiation and enforcement Funded MS Office Knowledge, Experience with SAP is desirable Good knowledge of German (B2) and English
