As a dedicated and experienced assistant, you are responsible for the organization of the everyday business in one of our tax departments and keeps the team out of three partners: inside and out of several tax advisors: inside, tax assistant: inside and tax specialist employees. This includes: Support for all organizational and administrative matters of the team Creation of order confirmations Order system, administration and accounting with DATEV Support in reporting with AP Comfort Complete the general correspondence mainly in German Coordination and monitoring of appointments including preparation and follow-up Preparation and revision of offers and presentations

An independent, conscientious and structured way of working, a pronounced organizational institution and a good sense of priorities The look for detail and the ability to see how you can keep your team’s back free A successful training in the commercial sector and ideally relevant professional experience in a comparable position Safe handling of MS Office and ideally DATEV applications as well as affinity for new computer programs and applications An open, communicative and sympathetic appearance towards clients and colleagues Flexibility, commitment and joy at work in the team
