The station 19 above the clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics offers a qualified treatment for patients with affective disorders. The team at our station is composed of employees from different professional groups and accompanies patients in close interdisciplinary exchange. The station has 18 beds, mostly in multi-bed rooms. A lounge and a protected garden are available to patients for joint stays and retreats.

Management, technical management and organisation of the station in close cooperation with the nursing director Operational control of station sequences including recording, occupancy and dismissal management as well as documentation and work organization according to PEPP Staff deployment, service and holiday planning as well as incorporation and targeted development of employees Ensuring the quality, efficiency and performance of care through analysis and optimization of structures and processes Ensuring holistic care and professional communication with patients, relatives and employees

Completed training as health and nursing staff Nursing specialist / Nursing specialist, ideally with further education as a specialist for psychiatry Qualification for station management, e.g. by studying in nursing/health management or a corresponding specialist training for senior functions as well as well as well-founded leadership experience Secure computer skills, knowledge of the documentation and work organisation in accordance with the PEPP discharge system Representative leadership, organisation and moderation skills and skills in the leadership of employees Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
