You carry, motivate and develop your team in the internal sales service professionally and personally. You control the daily processes in sales and ensure efficient organization within your area of responsibility. You accompany the care and development of our existing customers and support your team with demanding customer concerns. Together with the external service, you develop individual logistics and transport solutions for our customers. You analyse sales figures, manage targets and advance the continuous improvement of your processes. You recognise market and customer potential and actively contribute to the further development of our sales strategy. You work closely with the areas of customer service, disposition, handling warehouses and other specialist departments. You ensure high service quality as well as professional and solution-oriented customer communication. You promote trusting cooperation within your team and create a motivating working environment.

You have completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding or logistics, or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in sales, sales services, internal sales or customer service. First experience in the leadership and development of employees is yours. You convince with a strong customer orientation, communication strength and negotiation skills. Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working belong to your strengths. You like to work across areas and understand themselves as a connecting leader. Good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe handling of popular MS Office applications complete your profile.
