You conduct and coordinate the day-to-day business of a highly motivated team of system administrator: inside technicians who ensure the smooth operation of hosting environments, including dedicated servers, bare metal clouds and the associated automated provision infrastructure in data center operation You keep an overview of the department's daily tasks and make sure that, among other things, the KPIs and SLAs are adhered to You exchange with product management and development in terms of the timely and appropriate implementation of orders in the Kanban process You recognize the need for necessary and useful measures and support in planning and implementation You implement best practices, processes and standards to optimize the efficiency, availability and reliability of Bare Metal devices and ensure a reliable 24x7 operation You monitor performance, analyze trends and implement solutions to improve the entire server hosting infrastructure

You have several years of experience in managing and operating hardware in data centers or in a comparable position, ideally in the field of server technologies or IT infrastructure You have strong tactical leadership and team management skills with proven success in managing technical teams in hybrid and distributed environments You have excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders and customers: You have pronounced problem solving capabilities, detail accuracy and a proactive approach to solving technical problems You communicate and present excellent in German and English You have experience in project management, including priority setting, allocation of resources and compliance with deadlines, and are committed to continuous learning
