Takeover of planning tasks and responsibility for the project execution of the assigned, own projects Planning of technical building equipment for our FM customers from different industries and over all performance phases of HOAI Design and dimensioning of TGA systems, in particular climate, cold, and ventilation systems Preparation of schemes for the TGA systems including the design and execution plan documents Implementation of the subsequent construction line Creation of project-related documents First contact of the customer (single point of contact) Ensuring periodic project accounting

Complete study of engineering sciences with field of supply technology / energy technology or state-tested technicians in the fields of heating/ventilation/sanitary/colds or comparable qualification (First) Experience in planning and project management Construction measures in stock Secure communication in dealing with after-contractors in connection with the VOB/B Ability to reconcile a high customer orientation with its own corporate objectives Very good time management and a structured and independent way of working High team orientation and IT affinity are desirable driving licence class B
